Welcome to our House in Spain. A 3 bedroom fully air conditioned bungalow set in the quiet and residential
community of El Parador, Hacienda Guadalupe, in the Manilva
district, 10 Km south of Estepona on the Costa Del Sol, Spain. The rock of Gibraltar is 25Km to the south.
Golf courses within a few minutes drive include Valderrama, Sotogrande, San Roque, La Duquesa and many more.
The marina's of Puerto de la Duquesa and Sotogrande are within minutes as well as the Royal Polo Club of Sotogrande.
We are on the edge of the national park of El Alcornocales with it's collection of beautiful walks and white 'pueblo'
villages to be discovered.
The house has 2 bathrooms (one en-suite) and a fully equipped state-of-the-art kitchen.
Living room and dining room with all the facilities you expect at home. In the living room there is a TV, Video and DVD as
well as a Stereo sound system. A wood burning stove is in the Living room also. Wall mounted remote controlled air
conditioning units are installed throughout, plenty of wardrobe and storage space, with the master bedroom having a user
configurable coded safe. The house is designed to accommodate 6 people, though an additional child could be catered for. Please

Very young children are catered for with cot, portable high chair (for use in house
and when out at, for example, restaurants), potty and step.
There's a selection
of games, books, videos and DVD's available for use - to suit all ages.
We are located in a private
development of 30 houses (villas, town houses and bungalows). All houses within the development are located within their
own private walled gardens and encircled by a perimeter wall to retain a high level of privacy and security. The
community has it’s own communal gardens and pools – suitable for both children and adults – all with a southern
view toward the Mediterranean with views of Africa, Gibraltar and the Costa Del Sol coastline. El Parador is only a
few hundred metres from the Mediterranean Sea with access to many kilometres of sandy unspoiled beaches – many Blue
Flagged.
Short walks along the beach bring you to the traditional Spanish village of Castillo de Sabinillas and
the marina of Puerto De La Duquesa - offering the full range of restaurants and bars to meet all tastes. Alternatively
turn in land and discover the traditional cocina's.
